The service stores the account and watch data needed to operate the product.
To deliver watches, alerts and account access, the application keeps a small set of user, watch and system data.

Watch groups, store links, tags, target prices, alert rules and manual reports.

Price-check runs, parser failures and email delivery states to keep the service reliable.
Analytics & cookies
Only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 (Consent Mode v2, denied by default) to measure traffic. Your choice is stored in a cookie (apm-analytics-consent) and can be withdrawn anytime.
Usage measurement
Store click-throughs (buy intent) and self-reported purchases to gauge how useful the service is. You can also download these from the Account panel.
Retention & processors
Account-linked data is kept until you delete your account (available any time from the Account panel). Price history is deleted after 180 days, scrape logs and email events after 90 days. Processors used: Hetzner (EU hosting), Resend (email), Google Firebase (mobile push), Google Analytics (analytics, with consent only), Frankfurter/ECB (exchange rates).
The controller
This site is operated by a private individual as a non-commercial hobby project. For data protection matters: airsoftpricemonitor@gmail.com. No data protection officer is required, so none is appointed.
Legal bases
Account, watches and alerts: necessary to provide the service (performance of a contract). Operational logs and abuse prevention: legitimate interest. Analytics and cookies: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
From the Account panel you can download your data (JSON export), permanently delete your account, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also request rectification or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Please write to airsoftpricemonitor@gmail.com first. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or go to court.
