About our price bot
This page is for webshops. It explains what our bot does, how often it visits, how to block it, and how to reach us.
Price tracking — at the user's request
Our users add a specific product page URL they want to watch. We fetch those few pages periodically and store the price, stock status and product title. We do not crawl or copy your full catalogue.
When a user is ready to buy, we send them to your product page — meaning we drive purchase-ready traffic to you, free of charge.
User agent and frequency

- Adaptive per product: about every 1.5 hours if the price recently changed or an item is on sale, otherwise every 12–96 hours.
- A product is fetched once even if many users watch it — load does not multiply with our user count.
- At most 4 stores at a time, with at least 1.5 seconds between requests to the same store.
- We check your robots.txt before every request and honour any Crawl-delay directive.
If you don't want us to visit
Add the following lines to your robots.txt — we stop by ourselves at the next check (within 12 hours); no email or IP ban needed:

Disallow: /Product images: we do not copy them — they are loaded from your server, next to a link to your product page. If you prefer otherwise, tell us and we switch them off for your shop (a neutral placeholder is shown instead).
Partial rules work too (Allow/Disallow patterns, Crawl-delay). You can also just email us — we will remove your store manually.
Talk to us before blocking
The fastest route is the robots.txt rule above: you do not need to wait for a reply, it takes effect by itself within 12 hours. Beyond that — request frequency, a wrong price on our side, a takedown request or an affiliate partnership — we are happy to talk.
If you have a product feed (XML/CSV), we would rather use that than scrape — gentler for you, more accurate for us.
